Can customers with residence codes other than D/E join?
No. Easy Plan is intended for eligible foreign residents with D-series study or E-series work residence-status codes.
What do I need to do to receive the launch event?
Nothing extra. If you join an Easy Plan between June 25 and December 31, 2026, the event benefit is applied automatically.
What happens if I change to another Easy Plan during the event benefit period?
The benefit changes to the benefit corresponding to the new Easy Plan.
Can existing foreign subscribers join Easy Plan?
Yes, existing customers can join if their residence-status code meets the eligibility condition.
Can I keep using calls/texts after the included amount is used?
Yes, but you must subscribe to the voice/text outgoing-block release service. After release, excess usage is charged according to the published per-unit rates. The release status remains active; if you want automatic blocking again, cancel the corresponding release service.
What is 00700 Free?
It is an international-calling add-on that can use the Easy Plan voice allowance under the carrier guide conditions. After the allowance, the domestic voice rate applies.
Can I subscribe to 00700 Free 5 / 15?
No. Easy Plan customers can subscribe to 00700 Free 10 or 20.
Does the international-call block disappear automatically when I subscribe to 00700 Free?
No. The international outgoing-call restriction must be cancelled first. If 00700 Free is later cancelled, the restriction is automatically added again.
Is 00700 Free prorated when joining/cancelling mid-month?
The add-on itself is charged for the full month. The launch-event discount is prorated by subscribed days.
Can I also use the 25% Optional Contract or Common Subsidy?
Yes. The carrier FAQ states that contract-benefit products such as the 25% Optional Contract or Common Subsidy can be used without a separate Easy Plan restriction, subject to the applicable conditions.
