Optional Contract discount
Receive a 25% discount on the eligible monthly service fee instead of a Common Subsidy.
- Optional Contract period: choose 1 year or 2 years
- Monthly discount becomes larger on higher-priced eligible plans
- Useful for customers using an unlocked / used phone
- A discount repayment may apply if you cancel during the contract
Common Subsidy
A carrier-announced subsidy is deducted from the device price.
- Common Subsidy contract period: 2 years required
- Subsidy amount varies by device and plan
- The policy can change frequently, so same-day confirmation is required
- Repayment conditions may apply for early cancellation or plan changes
Cancellation for foreign customers
Cancellation must be handled by visiting the store in person. Please bring your Alien Registration Card (ARC).
Optional Contract discount and Common Subsidy cannot be applied at the same time. The better option depends on the device, plan, usage period, bundle and current carrier policy.
